RIPTON POST OFFICE: The Ripton post office will change staff and/or operations as of August 2013 because Lisa Whitman is terminating her contract. When a contract ends for any reason, the need for that post office is evaluated. The status of the Ripton post office is currently under review. It is not decided if it will continue as is, or under the Village Post Office Program (see fact sheet), or another option. Contracts for operation as is may be requested; visit this page for contact information. You may also write to express your support for maintaining a post office in our town!
DOG LICENSES NOW PAST DUE - late fees apply. See details. The town clerk is required by law to turn over a list of unlicensed dogs by May 30 to the selectboard for further enforcement, so get your license soon.
