The Ripton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 5, 2012 at the Ripton Community House at 7:00 pm to consider public comment on the draft Unified Development Bylaw (UDB). Formerly referred to as Zoning Bylaw, the UDB now combines the current Zoning Bylaw (approved 2006) with the Subdivision Regulations (approved 2006) and the Erosion Hazard Bylaw (approved 2010). Public input may be received in writing, in person, or by an appointed representative at or before the June 5 hearing. Click on the link above to download a copy for review.
